Main duties
– Carry out simple maintenance and repair work (electricity, plumbing, DIY)
in mobile homes, buildings and installations according to the procedures in force
– Participate in the upkeep, maintenance and development of the common areas of the

Main tasks
– Ensure the cleaning and tidying of the mobile homes between each client
– Ensure the maintenance of the common areas

Main duties
– Checking reservations and completing administrative formalities related to the arrival and departure
of holidaymakers
– To welcome holidaymakers and accompany them to their place of stay (mobile home,
pitch...)
– Provide information on the park’s accommodation offer and make a reservation
– Ensure that the holidaymakers’ stay goes smoothly, respond to specific requests and
remain at their disposal
– Present the tourist offers and book the various internal or external services
(bike hire, kayak, canyoning, tree climbing, etc.)
– Carry out current administrative operations and tasks (collection, invoicing, etc.)
– Communicating with the technical and cleaning teams to ensure that the accommodation is in good condition

– Carry out the daily cash closing
– Manage conflicts and customer complaints

– Proceed to the cashing up
– Maintain the equipment available to the teams
– Knowing perfectly the products and drinks on the menu in order to sell them better but also
